The “standard form” is used for most scale measurements where the blender/hopper is attached to the scale with four bolts in each of four square or rectangular plates. There are occasional exceptions that require custom forms.

The “Kraus” form is used almost exclusively for Kraus blenders/hoppers with legs connecting the blender/hopper to the scale. The legs are typically attached to the blender/hopper with two bolts in cups on the blender/hopper. For those blender/hoppers we replace the legs from the blender/hopper to the scale.

The “Doyle 2 bolt (H)” form is used when the connecting plates 2 hole bolt pattern is parallel to the conveyer.

The “Doyle 2 bolt (V) form is used when the connecting plates 2 hole bolt pattern is perpendicular to the conveyer.
